However, this program is not for everyone. It’s not therapy or medical treatment, and it doesn’t replace professional help for trauma, abuse, or clinical conditions affecting sexual health. It’s also not a quick-fix or entertainment-style course — you’ll be invited to reflect, practice, and engage actively.
Most participants spend 1–2 hours per week watching lectures, doing short exercises, and joining the group call. Everything is flexible — you can follow along live or catch up later at your own pace.
